1. Our service
Clear Creative provides custom digital design services, including logos, Twitch panels, stream packages, overlays, alerts, emotes, badges and motion graphics. The exact deliverables, price, expected timescale and included revisions will be agreed before work begins.
2. Quotes, orders and payment
Quotes are based on the information you provide and may change if the scope changes. Work begins after we confirm the brief and any agreed deposit or payment has been received. Unless agreed otherwise, final usable files are released after full payment.
You must provide accurate instructions and confirm that you have permission to supply any names, images, logos or other material included in your brief.
3. Concepts and revisions
Packages include the revision rounds stated in the quote. A revision adjusts the agreed design direction; it does not include a completely new concept or material change of brief. Additional work will be quoted before it is carried out.
Please review proofs carefully. Approval confirms that spelling, layout, colours and supplied information are accepted.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected. Where a legal cancellation right applies, we will provide the required information before the contract is confirmed. If you ask us to start a service during a cancellation period, we may ask for your express consent and you may need to pay for work completed before cancellation.
Outside any statutory right, deposits and payments for completed custom work are normally non-refundable. If we cancel a project without delivering the agreed work, we will refund the amount paid for work not provided.
5. Intellectual property and permitted use
Once full payment is received, you may use the approved final design for the personal or commercial purpose agreed in the brief. Drafts, rejected concepts, working files and production methods remain ours unless explicitly included in writing.
You are responsible for checking names and designs for trade mark or third-party rights relevant to your intended use. We may display completed work in our portfolio unless confidentiality is agreed before the project begins.
6. Delivery and file storage
Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree a fixed deadline. Delays in feedback, payment or supplying content can move the delivery date. Keep secure backups after delivery; we do not guarantee permanent storage of completed project files.
7. Acceptable use and third-party platforms
We will not knowingly create unlawful, deceptive, hateful or infringing material. Twitch, Discord and other platforms control their own specifications and rules, which may change after delivery.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, platform changes, loss of data caused after delivery, or use of a design outside the agreed purpose.
